Kathy needs your spooky stories
Kathy Christopher claims to have had hundreds of experiences with supernatural activity.
And she is now urging locals to come forward with their own stories so she can include them on ghost tours.
The most famous ghost she claims to have encountered was that of 19th century poet Lord Byron. She recalls how she sensed his presence while having a cup of tea in Newark.
"I had no idea who he was," said Ms Christopher, of Park Avenue, Washingborough.
"I'd never read any of his poems and didn't know anything about him, so I was pretty shocked when I saw his picture on the Internet and realised he was the man I'd seen."
Ms Christopher plans to start her ghost walks around Washingborough, Canwick, Digby, and Metheringham.
She is also planning an all-night vigil at Metheringham airfield to see if there are any paranormal forces at work.
