“ Our boiler was insured for breakdown with a national company and had many faults, during its yearly service the engineer recommended that we should change it as it had reached the point of "not economically repairable". I rang P &P for a quote, they came an hour later, knew exactly which bowler to install (it was the very same one recommended by the service engineer), agreed a price and left. The other companies I contacted got back to me in their own time - the prices were all much the same. Rang P & P and they agreed to fit our new bowler three days later. They turned up on time, were polite and well mannered, got on with the Job and six hours later we had a shiny new boiler. They showed me the controls, cleaned up and job done!
