Archie Hardwick's opened in September 2009 after 18 months of searching for the right premises and is a family owned business that is run by Tina Edmunds and Tina Slater.

Tina Edmunds decided to create Archie Hardwick's after working in retail management for over twenty-five years. With a strong family history of catering and a love of all things 'homemade', she decided to open a Delicatessen and Coffee Shop. In the first year of business, Archie Hardwick's grew rapidly and jumped at the chance to expand into the adjoining property. Six months after opening, Tina Slater joined the business as Archie Hardwick's manager. Together the two of them have continued to add to the home baked appeal.

With an impeccable record for great tasting homemade food, Archie Hardwick's started to produce delicious homemade chutneys. This has lead to the expansion of the catering side of the business which now caters for local restaurants, functions, weddings and outside events.

Earlier this year our sister shop 'Archie's' opened in Woodhall Spa and it is proud to be the only independent coffee house in the town.

In addition to our lovely coffee shop, we opened our dedicated delicatessen in 2011. Located directly beside our coffee shop on Dolphin Lane, we have already established ourselves as one of the best and most varied Deli counters in the area! We stock a range of mouthwatering local, regional and continental produce - A long time is spent researching and sourcing these fantastic producers.
