Travis Barker sues over plane crash

The former Blink-182 drummer's lawsuit names the plane's owners, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., and a maintenance company. He is seeking more than 25,000 US dollars in damages.
Barker's suit claims the companies improperly operated and maintained the plane.
The September 19 crash killed two pilots, Barker assistant Chris Baker and Barker bodyguard Charles Monroe Still Jr.
Still's mother, Thelma Martin Still, is also suing the companies.
Barker and disc jockey DJ AM were both injured in the crash.
