CAB is appealing for people to fill in an online survey
The survey aims to explore all angles of back to work support, asking how useful people find work focused interviews, if they have been given the support they need to find a job or get training and what they would like to change?
CAB manager Debra Cressey said: "At a time of recession and increasing unemployment, more people than ever are turning to the benefits system for support. This has created huge pressure both on Jobcentre Plus and on those who are out of work.
"We want to make sure the Government is delivering the high quality personalised support it has promised to help people back to work. By telling us about experiences people can help us campaign for better back to work support for all.
As well as taking part in the survey, people can also write their stories on a postcard at the centre.
Findings from around the country will be used in the Citizens Advice Fair Welfare campaign.
The survey can be accessed by logging on to www.citizensadvice.org.uk/fairwelfare
