A FORMER Neighbours star has been signed up by a Lincoln acting agent.

"It is vital to have a well-connected and pro-active agent," she said.
"This is why I have chosen LADA to represent me."
LADA have been a multi-faceted arts organisation since 2004, working in different spheres in local and further afield environments. Last year, it won a Lincolnshire Echo Business Award for "most promising young business".
Whilst representing Ms Armytage, as with the rest of the actors on their books, the company will use its professional contacts to help develop portfolios, secure auditions and negotiate contracts.
Mark Rind, the creative director of the LADA, explained how a name like Ms Armytage's would be beneficial to the organisation.
"Lisa is a good credit to the reputation we are trying to develop," he said.
"We are constantly developing professional contacts within the industry, including casting directors, theatre companies and producers. These people keep coming back to us because they know the quality of our clients."
LADA's work with school children has been praised and commended by the likes of actor Sean Bean, Lincoln MP Gillian Merron and Lincoln-based actor/director Colin MacFarlane.
