Bob Champion and Aldaniti made Grand National history 29 years ago when the jockey defeated cancer and his horse overcame a career-threatening injury to win the world's greatest steeplechase.
Their feat was made into a movie, "Champions".
Now Champion is travelling 10,000 miles to all 60 British racecourses in the space of 60 days to raise funds for the Bob Champion Cancer Trust and the Injured Jockeys Fund.
And he will be at the Lincolnshire racecourse for the fixture on Friday.
Champion's trip began at Ascot Racecourse in mid-April and finishes at the Berkshire racecourse again during Royal Ascot the week after he is in Lincolnshire.
Pip Kirkby, the racecourse's managing director, said: "Bob Champion is one of the most famous ever jump jockeys and we will be delighted to welcome him during his 'Champions 60:60 Charity Challenge'."
The event's website www.champions6060.org.uk has all the information for people wanting to find out more and to register for a place to join Champion at the races.
The first race on Friday is at 2pm.
Admission to the racecourse is £8 for the Family Enclosure, £13 for Tattersalls and £18 for the County Enclosure. Accompanied children under-18s are free.
