Call to support Bathing Beauties Festival on Lincolnshire coast
THERE are just a couple of months to go until this year's Bathing Beauties Festival.
The annual event which takes place in Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Sandilands, is now in its fifth year and the organisers are working hard to make sure it's the best yet.

The festival committee is keen to strengthen the parade element of the event and are inviting local groups to get involved.
Town manager Karen Froggatt said: "We are looking for as many groups, individuals, schools, and businesses as possible to support the festival and get involved in the parade. You can join in the parade walking, dancing, in a vehicle, playing musical instruments, dressed up, anything goes."

The festival runs between September 14 and 16 and over the Saturday and Sunday, a main stage will be set up in Mablethorpe. Local musicians, bands, entertainers and dance troupes are being invited to showcase their talents at the event.
The festival has been growing year-on-year since it first started and helps to celebrate the unique beauty, culture, architecture and history of the Lincolnshire coast.
This year, the festival committee are working with research business, Rose Regeneration, to measure the impact of the festival.
Volunteers are needed to help with data collection during the festival itself.
Training will be provided and all those who take part will be given a certificate by Rose Regeneration recognising their involvement in the process.
The training will take place at Mablethorpe Business Centre at 5pm on August 23 and a buffet will be provided.
Anyone interested in getting involved can contact Ivan Annibal at Report
