Boston United turned in another limp display as they lost 3-1 to Workington at the Jakemans Stadium.

Gareth Arnison put the visitors in front from the penalty spot after Gary Silk had fouled Andre Rodrigues Da Costa.

Spencer Weir-Daley fired the Pilgrims level before half-time and the home side looked well placed to go on and take three points.

But a lifeless second half performance saw the visitors snatch victory. First Jonny Wright scrambled the ball home from close range before Arnison scored his second from long range.
