Celtic retook the lead early in the second half when a stunning 25-yard strike from Corey Gregory flew past Dan Haystead.
But Boston rallied again and levelled when Marc Newsham latched onto a long ball forward and beat Alex Cairns, who should have done better, from the edge of the box.
