Lionel Richie is very disappointed he has had to reschedule his concert at Capital FM Arena Nottingham.

He was due to perform on Wednesday, October 3. This has now been rescheduled to Saturday, December 15.

Following his doctor's visit last week, and despite thinking he'd be given the all clear, Lionel has been told to continue to rest his voice.

Lionel Richie says: "I would like to apologise to those of you who have purchased tickets for my show. I am bitterly disappointed that I have had to postpone the date, but I know that when I see you all in December, we can party 'All Night Long'."

Concert promoters have confirmed that original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates.

Any ticket holder requiring a refund should contact Capital FM Arena Nottingham Ticketing & Customer Services on 0873 373 3000. All refund requests must be received by October 19. Any returned tickets will be available to purchase from Capital FM Arena Nottingham Ticketing & Customer Services.
