Four lucky readers of What's On are being offered the chance to win tickets to one of two big gigs planned to take place in a spectacular natural auditorium of stunning 3,000 acre woodland.

In December it was announced that Plan B and Will Young would both play summer gigs as part of an annual series of concerts in forests.

Our most local events each year are at Sherwood Pines Forest Park, near Clipstone.

Chris Bray, local concert organiser for the Forestry Commission, said: "We are committed to bringing new acts to play in Sherwood and reaching out to different audiences. We have had huge demand for concert tickets over recent years and we are confident Plan B will be another top seller.

"In a little over a decade Will Young has proved himself a massively popular singer and multi-talented artist. His Sherwood gig will also be a brilliant occasion."

Proceeds from the gigs will be used to help care for woodlands in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Commenting on the tour, Will Young said: "The forest gigs have a great reputation for their atmosphere so I'm really looking forward to performing my songs in such unique settings."

You could get your hands on a pair of tickets absolutely free as organisers are giving two What's On readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Plan B (Saturday, June 16. Tickets: £32) and two readers to win tickets for the Will Young (Friday, June 15. Tickets: £35).

To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer the following question: Will Young famously won which reality talent show in 2002?

Send your entry including answer, name, address and telephone number to: Dawn Hinsley, Forestry Commission Concerts Competition , Lincolnshire Echo, Witham Wharf, Brayford Wharf East, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 7AY.

Please state whether you would like to win tickets to see Plan B or Will Young.

The closing date is Thursday, January 26.
