Three-year plan launched by Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership
Superfast broadband and support for rural enterprises are among the key priorities of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership.
Today the body announced its focuses for the next three years at its first summit since it was formed in 2010.
Its other aims included improving infrastructure, such as roads, railways and utilities, supporting retailers and improving communication between public and private bodies.
The LEP said it also hoped to address barriers for growth, such as training, finding skilled personnel and aspects of the planning process.

Chairman Ursula Lidbetter, who is also chief executive of Lincolnshire Co-operative, announced the plans to business leaders at Marker Rasen Racecourse.
She explained the LEP wanted feedback from businesses on the plans to help focus its actions.
The organisation is a partnership of public and private bodies that lobbies on behalf of businesses in Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
It can also secure cash to help businesses grow. This includes its £9m Invest and Grow fund, which offers firms loans for infrastructure developments.
Companies can secure between £500,000 and £2 million. Expressions of interest must be registered before November 1.
